7. Details of pesticide imports should be submitted:

(1) Within three months of the end of each financial year, every person, institution or agency licensed to import pesticides, including the amount and value of pesticides imported in a financial year, in the format prescribed by the committee. If requested by the committee, the details must be submitted to the office before that.

(2) If the importer does not provide details of the pesticide import according to sub-rule (1), the committee may cancel the registration of such pesticide on the recommendation of the office.
